I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. John 16:33 (NIV)
The prayer
Jesus, when doubt whispers that the troubles are too great, remind me: You have overcome the world. I can have peace in You even while questions remain.
Make it yours: change any words that don’t fit, or stop at the one line that’s true today.
Amen can wait until you mean it.
