I Trust and Am Not Afraid
A prayer for fear & anxiety, from Psalm 56:3-4
When I am afraid, I put my trust in you: notice the order. The fear comes first, and the trust is what you do with it. This psalm never asks you to stop being afraid before praying. A prayer for the both-at-once.

The prayer
God, when I am afraid, I put my trust in You. In You I trust and am not afraid. Your word gives me courage.
