I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. All of them. It's a testimony, not a technique, and it's in the book so you can pray it toward your own version. A prayer for seeking with deliverance in mind.
I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. Psalm 34:4 (NIV)
The prayer
Father, I seek You and trust You will answer me. Deliver me from all my fears. Let me taste and see that You are good.
Make it yours: change any words that don’t fit, or stop at the one line that’s true today.
