My Fortress
A prayer for fear & anxiety, from Psalm 62:6
Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. The psalmist repeats it like someone steadying themselves, and that's a legitimate way to pray. A prayer for saying the true thing until your soul settles into it.

The prayer
Father, You are my rock, my salvation, my fortress. I will not be shaken. My soul finds rest in You. I trust in You at all times.
