Prayers for college students
2 a.m., still awake
For the nights everything is louder in the dark.
I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the Lord sustains me.

Lord, it is 2 a.m. and I am still awake, and everything I am worried about is louder in the dark. You are the reason I lie down and wake again at all. Hold what I cannot stop holding. Let me sleep, and be here when I wake up. Amen.
